“Chef Tony is outstanding! I had a Galentine's Brunch party yesterday with 12 guests. All of the food was so delicious. All the guests raved about the food. He and his wife, Deena, worked diligently and all of their efforts paid off. They cleaned up everything, were very professional and respectful working in my home. Very personable, I enjoyed talking to him about his career and his future plans. We had quite a menu, going from appetizers to eggs Benedict and ending with a roasted tenderloin with all kinds of dishes in between. Again, every dish was cooked perfectly! Can't wait for the next party! Thank you Chef!”

“Fabulous meal cooked by Tony and Deena. There were 12 of us for a surprise birthday meal with a seafood theme. Lovely to have the prep happen in our kitchen, and even better to have the kitchen spotless when they left. Tony was amazingly flexible during the planning process (even as our group doubled in size in the days leading up) as well as in using what we had in the kitchen for plating/serving. Highly recommend!!!”

“Personal Chef Tony provided FANTASTIC service and the quality of the food was AMAZING. He catered our wedding reception which was held at a private residence with about 125 people in attendance. Tony met with us before the event to run through the details. He had wonderful professional insight, was thorough in his questions to ensure the his services flowed smoothly throughout the evening, Tony was also very patient with many questions and lots of feedback. We had a lineup of crab cakes, bacon wrapped shrimp, empenadas, bruscheta, mini mahi tacos, crab stuffed mushroom caps, lobster bites, key lime/mocha expresso shooters. It was all delicious! At the event our guests raved over the food and Tony's staff were all very professional. Tony's team even supported orchestrating a sunset champagne toast. I would strongly suggest that anybody planning an event in the area seek out Tony's services, you will not be disappointed.”

“Chef Tony prepared and catered a meal for my father's 75th birthday in the kitchen of the AirBnB where we were staying. He was professional and responsive in booking his services and helpful in selecting a menu for the event. The food was wonderful in both flavor and presentation. In the end, he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. Overall it was an amazing experience. He and his assistant were a joy to work with.”

“My wife and I could not have hoped for a better caterer for our wedding. Tony was always very quick to reply to our emails with detailed answers and recommendations. My wife and I did nearly all of the wedding planning ourselves, so our plans were constantly changing. We greatly appreciate how flexible Tony was in accommodating our changing plans and ideas. Tony arrived early to our reception venue and was very well prepared. He set up everything he needed quickly and served our guests very well. Some of the dishes were finished off at the venue kitchen to keep the dish as fresh as possible. The effort Tony puts into every dish is incredible. You can really see and taste how far he goes to create great dishes. Everyone at our reception was telling us how delicious the food was and how great the presentation was. I recommend Tony's Catering to anyone that loves delicious food and needs excellent service for their event.”

“We had Chef Tony cater our daughters wedding in N. Merritt Island on short notice. No time for a tasting prior to the event left us a bit concerned. When the appetizers were served and watching the guests enjoy the food, I had to taste for myself. Chef Tony's food is the best I have ever had at any catered event! Everything was seasoned to perfection and needed no added seasonings. Thank you Chef Tony for adding to a perfect day. You and your staff were fantastic!”

“If you are looking for someone to cater your event, Tony, with Personal Chef Catering is your guy. Not only is Tony very responsive, but his professionalism when dealing with his customers is top notch. Tony catered my wedding in February 2018 in NMI. Everything from the beautifully decorated buffet set-up, friendly and professional staff, hors d'oeuvres, and main course buffet were nothing but the best and highest quality I could have ever hoped for to share with our family on our special day. The meatballs were the crowd favorite, the stuffed mushrooms were my personal favorite, and the shrimp cocktail was impressive. The dinner buffet included a Caesar salad, a vegetable medley, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken Marsala, and prime rib. Everything was delicious, but I have to point out that the prime rib was seasoned perfectly and the vegetable medley consisted of fresh cut - not your everyday vegetables. I 100% recommend him for your event and will continue to use him in the future.”

“Chef Tony catered my oldest daughters wedding. I cannot begin to say how happy and pleased we were for having this amazing Chef and his team cater. First and foremost his food was amazing, superior quality. Several guests who attended, whom own restaurants and are chefs themselves, couldn't believe the quality and taste of his food. Getting comments like "I cannot believe this is catered food" or "I couldn't do any better providing food this good". Professional from our first meeting with assistance and suggestions for the event. He provided professional wait staff, and an amazing bartender team to man the open bar. We basically were worry free the entire reception. Thanks to this wonderful man. He was the first person there and the last to leave, inquiring if we needed anything else. I would not hesitate one second to recommend this Chef to help plan and cater any event.”

“Hired Tony for a wedding - the food was fantastic. He was not there personally which was a surprise to me but had a team ready to go - serving buffet style starting at 6. We had hired several teens to help with water service, sparkling cider, and clearing of tables since it was a large crowd. Good thing we did, two of his workers had an emergency half way through and left. The teens I hired were supposed to get dinner also - they never did and when I asked I was told they already had packed things up and weren't serving anymore. Part of our service was for Tony to cut the wedding cake. There were 4 different kinds and instead of cutting some of each for the guests to choose, they cut and served only one kind at a time, even after my husband went in and asked them to do a little of each kind. Again, the food was great but I feel like the service was lacking.”

“We are so happy we chose Tony as our personal chef to cater a small dinner party. He made an amazing dinner that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Our appetizer was a favorite, short rib ravioli with mascarpone and truffle oil. The sea bass entree was cooked to perfection. Tony is extremely professional, prompt and creative. “Just got married this last Saturday. Tony commuted to where I needed him and set everything up with no instructions, no rehearsal. He found the place and took everything into his own hands; made my DIY wedding go that much easier! The display of the food was beautiful and everything labeled. The food was amazing! Everyone keeps talking about it. He took what I wanted and made it a 5 star lunch. His prices are just as amazing as his food. You will not regret using him!! My husband and I have agreed we'll use him for any occasion we want catered!!”

“Tony catered lunch for 2 days at a class I teach twice annually in Palm Bay. Pir expectations were exceeded in every way. Professional communication, let me adjust headcount up til the day before the event, and showed up in stealth mode such that we didn't even notice the setup process. And the food.... literally amazing. I received compliments from our students that this was the best meal they've ever eaten! These guys are worth twice the price! Do yourself a favor, dont try to save $2 per person. Let these guys handle your group meals and relieve your stress. My only complaint is that I cant take Tony and his crew with me everywhere else I teach my classes! Thank you Chef!!!!”
